Located in Odessa Texas, Octopus Kids, previously known as Vicky’s Kids Inc., is a non-profit 501(c)3 medical advocacy home setting for medically dependent children. We give 24-hour care as each of these children have unique circumstances and require special care by a staff of qualified and loving RN/LVN nurses. These children do not speak, walk and some are alert only a few minutes a day.
